What affects the price

Same quote, different drive — here’s what moves the number up or down.

Size

We measure in square metres. A standard single drive is 30–50 m². Larger areas drop the per-m² rate.

Surface

Block paving, sandstone, concrete, render, decking — each takes a different technique and a different rate.

Condition

Heavy moss, oil staining, lichen or stubborn black-spot need extra pre-treatment time. Light cleans are quicker.

Access

Easy water access and parking keeps the price down. Awkward back gardens or no tap on-site adds a small amount.

Extras

Sealing, oiling, soft-wash biocide, post-clean re-sanding on patios — quoted separately so you only pay for what you ask for.

Location

No travel charge inside our core area (Redhill, Reigate, Horley, Dorking, Banstead). Outer-radius jobs — same rate.

Do you offer discounts?

Can I get a quote without a site visit?

For most jobs, yes. Approximate measurements and a few photos are usually enough to quote accurately by phone or online. For complex or unusual jobs, a brief site visit makes the quote more reliable. How do Surrey prices compare to the rest of the UK?

Surrey rates sit slightly above the UK average because labour costs are higher in the South East, but they’re in line with neighbouring counties. We benchmark against the Surrey market and national jet washing ranges to keep our prices fair.

Do you charge for quotes?

No. Every quote is free with no obligation to proceed. There’s no call-out fee either — even if we have to come out for a site visit.

When do I pay?
