Our Services
Same Day JetWash provides professional pressure washing and exterior cleaning services, including but not limited to:
- Driveway cleaning and sealing
- Patio and decking cleaning
- Block paving cleaning and re-sanding
- Roof and gutter cleaning
- Render and cladding soft washing
- Commercial pressure washing
All services are subject to availability and are carried out within our coverage area (approximately 20 miles from Redhill, Surrey).
Quotes and Pricing
All quotes provided through our website or by telephone are estimates only and are not binding. Final pricing may vary based on:
- The actual condition of the surface upon inspection
- Access requirements or restrictions at the property
- Additional work requested on site
- The total area to be cleaned
A confirmed price will be agreed before any work begins. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the scope of work changes significantly from the original quote.
Booking and Scheduling
Submitting a quote request through our website does not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is only confirmed once we have agreed a date, time, and price with you directly. We aim to respond to all quote requests within 2 hours during working hours.
Cancellation
You may cancel a confirmed booking free of charge by giving at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover travel and scheduling costs. We will always try to reschedule rather than charge a fee where possible.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a booking due to adverse weather conditions, equipment failure, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange an alternative date at no extra cost.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in advance. We accept payment by bank transfer, cash, or other methods as agreed at the time of booking. For larger jobs, we may require a deposit before work commences.
Access and Property
You are responsible for ensuring we have adequate access to the areas to be cleaned on the agreed date. This includes clearing vehicles, furniture, or other obstructions where possible. If we are unable to carry out the work due to access issues not communicated in advance, a revisit charge may apply.
Please inform us of any underground services, fragile surfaces, or areas requiring special care before work begins.
Liability
We take reasonable care to avoid damage to your property while carrying out our services. However, pressure washing involves high-pressure water and we cannot be held liable for:
- Pre-existing damage, loose materials, or surfaces in poor condition
- Damage caused by defective or deteriorated pointing, grouting, or sealant
- Staining or discolouration that cannot be removed by pressure washing
- Any issues arising from surfaces not suitable for pressure washing
If you believe damage has occurred as a direct result of our negligence, please contact us promptly so we can investigate and resolve the matter.
Results
While we strive for excellent results, we cannot guarantee the complete removal of all stains, biological growth, or discolouration. Some surfaces may have permanent staining that cannot be fully removed. We will advise you of any limitations before starting work.
